人口老龄化背景下随迁老人参与城市社区治理路径研究

Research on the Path of Participating in Urban Community Governance for the Relocated Elderly under the Population Ageing Background

摘要: 社区是老年人长期居住的重要场所，也是老年人参与社会活动的重要平台。当前，我国正步入人口快速迁移的时期，并出现了越来越多的家庭化迁移，老人成为务工人员中的一员，学界称之为“随迁老人”。随迁老人的流动虽然为自身和子女带来了大的流动福利，但是初来异地仍然面临着生活习惯、文化习俗等方面的问题。社区作为外来务工人员最频繁的场所，促进他们的社会融合，不但关系到家庭和谐与社会稳定，还能让他们分享外来人口发展的成果，也是应对老龄化与外来人口问题的关键。本文以社区治理为视角，对随迁老人社区融入的途径进行了探讨。

Abstract: Community is an important place for the elderly to live for a long time, and also an important platform for the elderly to participate in social activities. At present, our country is stepping into a period of rapid population migration, and there are more and more family-oriented migration, the elderly become migrant workers, the academic community called the “Relocated Old People.” Although the mobility of the relocated elderly has brought great benefits to themselves and their children, they still face problems in living habits and cultural customs. As the most frequent place for migrant workers, the community promotes their social integration, which is not only related to family harmony and social stability, but also allows them to share the fruits of the development of the migrant population, it is also the key to deal with the problem of aging and migrant population. From the perspective of community governance, this paper discusses the ways of community integration of the relocated elderly.
