“课程思政”及“双碳”协同背景下的教学改革探索——以《环境影响评价》课程为例
Exploration of Teaching Reform under the Collaborative Background of “Curriculum Ideological and Political Education” and “Dual Carbon” —Taking the “Environmental Impact Assessment” Course as an Example
摘要: 优化应用型人才培养模式是当前地方应用型高校教学改革研究的热点问题及转型关键。本研究基于“双碳”背景及高校“课程思政”的新要求,以环境专业核心课程《环境影响评价》为例,首先讨论了该课程的特点及教学过程中存在的问题。其次,结合应用型、创新型高素质人才培养的要求及“课程思政”背景,以能力培养为导向,从教学目标、授课内容、教学模式、课程实践及考核评价等方面探讨了该课程的教学改革思路。本研究为深入探索适合《环境影响评价》课程教学改革的开展提供了参考,为构建具有地方高校特色的环境工程应用型人才培养模式提供了数据支撑。同时也为培养环境专业的复合应用型、创新实用型人才提供了指导,对环境类其他专业教学改革具有借鉴意义。
Abstract: Optimizing the application-oriented talent training model is a hot issue in the current research on the teaching reform of local application-oriented universities and the key to transformation. Based on the “dual carbon” background and the new requirements of “Ideological and Political Curriculum” in colleges and universities, this study takes the core course “Environmental Impact Assessment” of the environmental major as an example to discuss the characteristics of this course and the prob-lems existing in the teaching process. Secondly, combined with the requirements for cultivating ap-plied and innovative high-quality talents and the background of “curriculum ideological and politi-cal education”, the teaching reform ideas of this course are discussed from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching mode, course practice and assessment and evaluation. This study provides a reference for in-depth exploration of the teaching reform suitable for the “Envi-ronmental Impact Assessment” course, and provides data support for the construction of an envi-ronmental engineering applied talent training model with local university characteristics. At the same time, it also provides guidance for cultivating compound application-oriented, innovative and practical talents in environmental majors, and has reference significance for the teaching reform of other environmental majors.
