内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃腺肌瘤一例及文献分析

Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection for a Case of Leiomyoma of Stomachwith Literature Review

摘要: 胃腺肌瘤(GA)，又名胃肌上皮错构瘤、平滑肌腺体错构瘤、胃腺肌瘤性错构瘤，是胃肠道比较少见的良性肿瘤。我们在临床中发现了一例患有胃腺肌瘤的年轻女性患者并通过病理证实了它。由于该病例比较罕见，我们报道了该病例并检索了相关文献进行文献综述。文献提示，胃腺肌瘤发病年龄不一，主要表现为一些非特异性的胃肠道症状。它可以通过病理诊断，并通过内镜手术、腹腔镜手术和开放手术等多种方式进行治疗。

Abstract: Gastric adenomyoma (GA), also known as gastric myoepithelial misshapenoma, smooth muscle glandular misshapenoma, and gastric adenomyoma tous misshapenoma, is a relatively rare benign tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. We identified a case of a young female patient with gastric ade-nomyoma in our clinic and confirmed it pathologically. As it is relatively rare, we reported the case and searched the relevant literature for a literature review. Literature suggests that gastric ade-nomyomas have a variable age of onset and mainly present with a number of non-specific gastroin-testinal symptoms. It can be diagnosed by pathology and be treated by various modalities such as endoscopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery and open surgery.
