Glitch design not only represents an emerging form of artistic expression but also serves as a scrutiny of technological culture. It reminds people that technology is not inherently flawless but encompasses unpredictable variables. This shift in aesthetics directs attention toward the technical foundations behind design, transforming design into not only a pursuit of external aesthetics but also an interpretation and understanding of the essence of technology. Furthermore, intentionally crafting the “beauty of defects” in glitch art not only triggers a transformation in the emotional experiences of individuals in the digital age but, accompanied by visual stimuli, provides an aesthetic experience beyond the conventional. It injects a more intricate and diverse artistic perspective into the cultural landscape of the digital era.
