Abstract: Objective: The occurrence and development of preeclampsia (PE) have been the focus of research by scholars in recent years. Qinghai is a multi-ethnic gathering place, and the incidence of eclampsia in Qinghai is also increasing year by year due to the influence of many factors, such as economy, ed-ucation and culture. If the correlation of AGT and MTHFR in the occurrence and development of preeclampsia in Qinghai is found, a new combined early warning model can be established for pre-dicting the occurrence of preeclampsia in Qinghai. Conclusion: The correlation between AGT and MTHFR genes and preeclampsia can provide some theoretical basis for the early occurrence of preeclampsia.
