脊柱结核术后并发症的研究进展

摘要: 脊柱结核术后并发症是一项重要的研究领域,该病在全球范围内呈上升趋势,尤其在发展中国家。本文综述了脊柱结核术后并发症,主要并发症包括早期的感染、出血和神经损伤,以及远期的融合失败、畸形恢复、骨折和感染复发。这些并发症可能导致患者康复受阻、疼痛和生活质量下降。预防和管理的关键在于全面的术前评估、术中注意事项、术后护理和康复计划。此外,感染复发的风险需要终身监测和管理。
Abstract: Postoperative complications of spinal tuberculosis are an important area of research, and the dis-ease is on the rise worldwide, especially in developing countries. This article reviews the postopera-tive complications of spinal tuberculosis. The main complications include early infection, hemor-rhage, and nerve damage, as well as long-term fusion failure, deformity recovery, fracture, and re-currence of infection. These complications can lead to delayed recovery, pain, and reduced quality of life. The key to prevention and management lies in a comprehensive preoperative evaluation, in-traoperative considerations, postoperative care, and rehabilitation planning. In addition, the risk of recurrence of infection requires lifelong monitoring and management.
