Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common Alzheimer’s disease, and more and more studies have found that dysregulation of the microbiota-gut–brain axis (MGBA) may be a potential mechanism leading to the pathogenesis of AD. This article describes the recent research progress of MGBA-based treatment of AD.
