基于GIS的公共停车场选址模型设计——以济南市历城区为例

Design of Public Parking Lot Location Model Based on GIS—A Case Study of Licheng District, Jinan City

摘要: 由于我国城市化的加快与经济的飞速发展，城市机动车保有量呈现出快速增长的趋势，随之而来产生了“停车难”、交通拥堵等城市交通问题，而公共停车场合理选址是推进停车场建设和发挥城市交通调节作用的关键。在当下的大数据背景下，本文首先研究确定城市公共停车场选址影响因子，并运用层次分析法进行权重赋值，之后通过GIS分析各因素的影响范围并按权值叠加，绘制出该模型的公共停车场选址示意图。通过基于GIS的城市公共停车场选址设计思路及模型，为城市公共停车场选址提供更为科学、简单、便捷的选址方法。

Abstract: Due to the rapid development of the speeding up of urbanization and economy in our country, urban vehicle ownership presents the tendency of fast growth. This has resulted in urban traffic problems such as “parking difficulties” and traffic congestion. Thus, the reasonable location of public parking lot is the key to promote the construction of parking lot and play the role of urban traffic regulation. Under the current big data background, this paper first studies and de-termines the influencing factors of urban public parking lot location, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to assign weights. Then, the influence scope of each factor is analyzed by GIS and superimposed according to the weights to obtain the public parking lot location schematic diagram of the model. This paper provides a more scientific, simple and convenient method for the site selection of urban public parking lots through the design ideas and models based on GIS.
