基于肝胃不和的中医理论探讨幽门螺旋杆菌感染与抑郁症之间的关系

摘要: 我国是幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori, HP)高感染率和抑郁症(Depression)高发病率的国家，给社会和家庭带来极大的负担。国内外多项临床报道显示，HP感染与抑郁症发病有密切的联系，临床上运用中医药治疗HP感染及抑郁症有着良好的疗效，基于中医肝胃不和的理论，探讨HP感染造成的胃气失和诱发肝气郁结型的抑郁症之间的关系，为临床治疗HP感染及抑郁症提供新的思路。
Abstract: China is a country with high infection rate of Helicobacter pylori (HP) and high incidence rate of de-pression, which brings great burden to society and families. Many clinical reports at home and abroad show that HP infection is closely related to the onset of depression. In clinical practice, using traditional Chinese medicine to treat HP infection and depression has a good effect. Based on the theory of disharmony between liver and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine, this paper ex-pounds the relationship between gastric qi loss caused by HP infection and depression of liver qi stagnation type, which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of HP infection and depression.
