The Built Environment of Women’s Public Space from a Heterotopian Perspective: A Study of Postmodern-Based Inhabitation Patterns

摘要: 后现代主义语境下的女性空间研究关注通过空间设计和规划来改善女性在不同社会层面的体验。该领域关注以下核心问题：如何通过创造更适合女性的居住、工作和社交空间来塑造女性的认同和社会地位；如何在建筑和环境设计中实现女性的理想空间，包括更安全、制约和创造的环境；如何重新思考传统的家庭、社区和城市空间，以挑战性别角色和权力关系这些研究旨在通过空间设计改善社会环境，性别平等，促进社会公平。

Abstract: The study of women’s space in the context of postmodernism is concerned with improving women’s experience at different social levels through spatial design and planning. The field focuses on the following core questions: how to shape women’s identity and social status by creating more female-friendly spaces for living, working and socialising; how to realise women’s ideal spaces in architectural and environmental design, including safer, constrained and creative environments; and how to rethink traditional domestic, communal and urban spaces in order to challenge gender roles and power relations these researches aim to improve, through spatial design, the social environments, gender equality and promote social equity.
