AI艺术设计的主体性和情感性研究
Study on Subjectivity and Emotion of AI Art Design
摘要: AI艺术设计是AI技术成果在人类审美和设计领域的延伸。设计为人类服务而存在。艺术设计需要以设计者和接受者的主体性和情感性为出发点,兼顾人类审美与实际需求。但是,当设计师是机械的AI时,AI艺术设计是否能如人类艺术设计一样具有主体性和情感性?本文认为,AI是在人类提供的资料库基础上随机生成艺术设计,而资料库是人类设计惯例、情感符号、艺术风格的经验总结,因而AI艺术设计作品是在人类审美的“期待视野”之中的,因而AI艺术设计同样具有主体性和情感性。但AI是高理性、强逻辑的,这意味着AI艺术设计的主体性和情感性是有限度的,不可能达到人类一样的感性程度。
Abstract:
AI art design is an extension of AI technology advances in human aesthetics and design. Design exists to serve people. Art design should take the subjectivity and feeling of the designer and the recipient as the beginning point to satisfy the aesthetic and utilitarian demands of humans. Can, however, AI art design have the same subjectivity and feeling as human art design when the designer is a mechanical AI? This paper concludes that AI is a kind of machine-generated art design based on a database provided by humans, and that the database is an experience summary of human design conventions, emotional symbols, and artistic styles, so AI art design works are in the “expectation vision” of human aesthetics, therefore AI art design has subjectivity and emotion. However, because AI is highly rational and logical, its subjectivity and feeling are restricted, and it is impossible to achieve the same level of sensibility as humans.
