疏调健脾方治疗慢性胃炎肝郁脾虚证的疗效观察

摘要: 目的：探究疏调健脾方加减治疗对慢性胃炎肝郁脾虚证的治疗效果。方法：60例慢性胃炎肝郁脾虚型患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组用奥美拉唑片治疗，治疗组用疏调健脾方加减辨证治疗。以临床病例症状积分以及舌诊信息特征为观察指标，观察口服疏调健脾方加减与奥美拉唑片治疗肝郁脾虚证慢性胃炎在上述指标改善方面的差异性，以客观评价疏调健脾方的治疗效果，并使用上海中医药大学智能镜进行舌诊参数的分析，从客观上验证疏调健脾方的客观疗效，从而为该方药的临床应用提供更可靠的依据。结果：总有效率方面，疏调健脾方组明显高于奥美拉唑组(P < 0.05)；疏调健脾方组经过治疗后的中医症候积分明显下降，与奥美拉唑组组间差异具有统计显著性(P < 0.05)，疏调健脾方组的治疗后的舌诊参数改善优于奥美拉唑组(P < 0.05)。结论：疏调健脾方加减治疗慢性胃炎肝郁脾虚证疗效较好。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Shutiao Jianpi decoction on chronic gastritis syn-drome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency. Methods: 60 cases of chronic gastritis patients with ganyuqi and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Shutiao Jianpi decoction. Clinical case symptom scores and tongue diagnosis information character-istics were used as observation indicators to observe the differences between oral Shutiao Jianpi prescription and omeprazole tablets in the improvement of the above indicators in the treatment of chronic gastritis with liver-Qi and splee-deficiency syndrome, so as to objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shutiao Jianpi prescription. The smart mirror of Shanghai University of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine was used to analyze the parameters of tongue diagnosis. To verify the ob-jective curative effect of Shutiao Jianpi formula, so as to provide a more reliable basis for the clinical application of this formula. Results: The total effective rate of Shutiao Jianpi formula group was sig-nificantly higher than that of omeprazole group (P < 0.05); after treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in Shutiaojianpi prescription group were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant between Shutiaojianpi prescription group and omeprazole group (P < 0.05). The improvement of tongue diagnosis parameters in Shutiaojianpi prescription group after treat-ment was better than omeprazole group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Shutiao Jianpi formula is effective in treating chronic gastritis syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.
