摘要: 癌症疼痛(简称癌痛)是肿瘤患者最常见也是最痛苦的临床症状之一。癌痛不仅会使患者伴有恶心呕吐、厌食和疲乏等症状，还会加剧患者的负面心理，降低治疗信心。世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的“癌痛三阶梯疗法”在临床应用多年，但镇痛药物不良反应频发严重影响了癌症患者的生存质量。针灸疗法作为中医学最传统的疗法之一，具有疗效快、副作用小且价格低廉的特点，在癌痛领域广泛应用且疗效甚佳。

Abstract: Cancer pain (referred to as cancer pain) is one of the most common and painful clinical symptoms in tumor patients. Cancer pain will not only cause patients to be accompanied by symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, anorexia and fatigue, but also exacerbate patients’ negative psychology and reduce their confidence in treatment. The “three-step therapy for cancer pain” proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO) has been used in clinical practice for many years, but the fre-quent adverse reactions of analgesics seriously affect the quality of life of cancer patients. As one of the most traditional therapies in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture therapy has the char-acteristics of fast curative effect, small side effects and low price. It is widely used in the field of can-cer pain and has a good curative effect.
