OBE理念下高职电子商务专业复合型人才培养模式研究

摘要: 电子商务行业随着互联网的发展和用户需求的转变不断更新升级,电子商务产生了多元新形态,对于电商人才的需求也在不断增加。然而当下高职院校培养的电商人才却未能满足企业的用人需求,导致电商企业和高职院校人才需求对接脱轨这一窘境。通过探索当前高职电商育人存在的与外部脱节、未重视学生中心等困境,分析当前电商企业对复合型、创新型人才的迫切需求,依托OBE理念构建成果导向、全程全员参与、循环持续改进的高职电子商务复合型人才培养模式,以期提高高职电商专业人才培养质量。
Abstract: With the development of the Internet and the transformation of user needs, the e-commerce industry is constantly updating and upgrading. E-commerce has emerged in various new forms, and the demand for e-commerce talents is also increasing. However, the current e-commerce talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges have failed to meet the employment needs of enterprises, leading to the dilemma of mismatching the talent needs of e-commerce enterprises and higher vocational colleges. By exploring the current difficulties of disconnection from ex-ternal factors and lack of emphasis on student centered education in e-commerce major of higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the urgent demand for composite and innovative talents in current e-commerce enterprises. Based on OBE education theory, a results-oriented, full participation, and continuous improvement model for e-commerce composite talents is constructed, with the aim of improving the quality of e-commerce professional talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
