FA280S全自动粪便分析仪对早期华支睾吸虫病检测效果对比分析
Comparative Analysis of the Effect of FA280S Automatic Stool Analyzer on the Detection of Early-Stage Clonorchiasis
摘要: 分析FA280S全自动粪便分析仪、醛醚离心沉淀法(Aldehyde Ether Centrifugal Precipitation, AECP)、酶联免疫吸附试验法(Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay, ELISA)对早期华支睾吸虫病的检测效果。选择广州市红十字会医院139例疑似华支睾吸虫感染患者,分别采用FA280S全自动粪便分析仪,醛醚离心沉淀及ELISA法检测,比较3种方法的检测效果。结果显示FA280S全自动粪便分析仪检测华支睾吸虫阳性率为87.8%,醛醚离心沉淀法为76.3%,ELISA法为78.4%,FA280S全自动粪便分析仪检测华支睾吸虫的阳性率高于醛醚离心沉淀法(P < 0.05)及ELISA法,与ELISA法无统计学差异。FA280S全自动粪便分析仪的敏感性96.7%、特异性81.2%;醛醚离心沉淀法的敏感性82.9%、特异性75%;ELISA法的敏感性86.2%、特异性81.2%。FA280S全自动粪便分析仪检测华支睾吸虫病的敏感性均高于醛醚离心沉淀法和ELISA法(P < 0.05);3种检测方法的特异性比较无统计学差异(P > 0.05)。因此在华支睾吸虫病的检测中,FA280S全自动粪便分析仪优于醛醚离心沉淀法及ELISA法,可作为诊断早期华支睾吸虫病的主要方法。
Abstract: To analyze the effects of FA280S automatic stool analyzer, aldehyde ether centrifugal precipitation (AECP) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) on the detection of early-stage Clonorchi-asis. 139 patients with suspected Clonorchis sinensis infection were selected from Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital, and were detected by FA280S automatic stool analyzer, AECP and ELISA method, respectively, to compare the detection effects of the three methods. The result show that the posi-tivity rate of FA280S was 87.8%, that of AECP was 76.3%, and that of ELISA was 78.4%. The positiv-ity rate of FA280S was higher than that of AECP (P < 0.05) and ELISA, but there was no statistically significant difference between FA280S and ELISA. The sensitivity of FA280S automatic stool ana-lyzer was 96.7% and specificity 81.2%; the sensitivity of AECP was 82.9% and specificity 75%; the sensitivity of ELISA was 86.2% and specificity 81.2%. The sensitivity of FA280S was higher than that of AECP and ELISA (P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the specificity comparison of the 3 test methods (P > 0.05). The FA280S automatic stool analyzer is better than the AECP and ELISA in the detection of Clonorchiasis, and it can be used as the main method to diagnose Clonor-chiasis in the early stage.
