经自然腔道保胆取石手术的患者选择
Patients’ Selection for Gallbladder-Preserving Stone Extraction of Natural Orifice Translumenal Endoscopic Surgery
摘要: 经自然腔镜(Natural Orifice Translumenal Endoscopic Surgery, NOTES)保胆手术具有伤口小，恢复快、疼痛少，并发症较少等特点，是目前胆囊结石的治疗方式之一。但术后结石复发困扰着相关学者。本文主要讨论自然腔镜保胆手术的适应症及影响术后复发相关因素。
Abstract: Natural Orifice Translumenal Endoscopic Surgery (NOTES) gallbladder-preserving cholecystoli-thotomy is one of the current treatments for gallstoneshas and has the characteristics of small wound, fast recovery, less pain and fewer complications. However, the recurrence of postoperative stones has troubled relevant doctors. This paper mainly discusses the indications of natural laparo-scopic gallbladder-preserving surgery and the factors affecting postoperative recurrence.
