订单驱动的服装供应链生产自动化协同Petri网模型

An Order-Driven Automated Production Col-laborative Petri Net Model in Garment Sup-ply Chain

摘要: 针对订单驱动服装供应链生产协同的必要性、复杂性和人工交互工作占比高的现状，提出基于PDCA管理思想的服装供应链生产协同过程概念框架以及不同供应链协同主体之间的信息协同交互协议机制，运用着色Petri网建模工具CPN Tools平台对上述协同过程构建了包括计划协同、执行协同以及异常事件协同的自动化Petri网模型。最后对构建的Petri网模型进行了状态空间验证，状态空间分析报告显示所构建Petri网模型具有可达性、有界性、活性，验证了协同Petri网的可靠性以及生产自动化协同系统的可行性。本研究成果为当前服装供应链生产核心企业数字化深度转型实践提供理论参考。

Abstract: In view of the necessity, complexity, and high proportion of human interaction in order-driven pro-duction collaboration of the garment supply chain, our article firstly proposed a conceptual frame-work for the garment supply chain collaborative production process based on PDCA management thought, and then gave the interaction protocol mechanisms about information collaboration be-tween different supply chain collaborative entities. Based on the above collaborative processes, an automated Petri net model including planning collaboration, execution collaboration, and excep-tional event collaboration was constructed by CPN Tools, a colored Petri net modeling tool platform. Finally, the state space validation of the constructed Petri net model was carried out. The state space analysis report shows that the constructed Petri net model has reachability properties, boundedness properties, and liveness properties, verifying the reliability of the collaborative Petri net and the feasibility of an automated collaborative system for production. The research results provide theoretical reference for the current in-depth digital transformation practices of core en-terprises in the garment supply chain production.
