摘要: 社交退缩对青少年心理健康影响愈发显著。该研究对社交退缩进行了全面回顾,包括概念界定、理论观点和测评工具、影响因素与发展结果、干预项目和未来展望。通过梳理国内外研究进展,为未来社交退缩领域的研究发展提供借鉴。
Abstract: The impact of social withdrawal on the psychological well-being of adolescents is becoming in-creasingly significant. This study provides a comprehensive review of social withdrawal, encom-passing conceptual definitions, theoretical perspectives, assessment tools, influencing factors and developmental outcomes, intervention programs, and future prospects. By summarizing both domestic and international research progress, this review aims to serve as a reference for the future development of research in the field of social withdrawal.
