帕金森患者DBS开机后生活及康复体验的描述性质性研究

摘要: 目的:探索帕金森行脑深部电刺激术开机后患者的生活及康复体验,为针对性制定帕金森患者住院健康宣教及延续性护理措施提供理论依据。方法:2022年9~12月,采用最大差异化目的抽样法选取某三级甲等医院15例术后开机后的帕金森患者进行半结构式访谈,并用MAXQDA Analytics Pro 2020软件并根据归纳内容分析法对访谈结果进行整理分析。结果:帕金森患者脑深部电刺激术开机后生活及康复体验提取出5个主题:部分症状改善而喜悦;期望过高而倍感失落、渴望自主程控、康复锻炼受限(环境、空间与主观动力)、渴求专业康复。结论:帕金森术后患者在门诊开机后居家生活,术后症状改善情况存在个体差异,不能完全脱离疾病困扰,且患者掌握程控信息不明晰、存在自主程控风险,康复意识薄弱、康复专业知识局限,未来建议加强相关信息指导。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the life and rehabilitation experience of patients with Parkinson’s disease af-ter deep brain stimulation program-controlled, and to provide a theoretical basis for formulating targeted Parkinson’s patients’ inpatient health education and continuous nursing measures. Meth-ods: From September to December 2021, 15 patients with Parkinson’s disease in a third-class A hospital were selected for semi-structured interview by using the sampling method of maximum differentiation purpose, MAXQDA Analytics Pro 2020 software was used to sort out and analyze the interview results according to the inductive content analysis method. Results: Five themes were extracted from the life and rehabilitation experience of Parkinson’s patients after deep brain stim-ulation: partial symptom improvement and joy; high expectation and feeling of loss, desire for au-tonomous program control, limited rehabilitation exercise (environment, space and subjective mo-tivation), desire for professional rehabilitation. Conclusion: After Parkinson’s operation, the pa-tients live at home after the outpatient clinic is turned on, and there are individual differences in the improvement of postoperative symptoms, which can not be completely separated from the dis-ease, and the patients have unclear program control information and self-program control risk, re-habilitation awareness is weak, rehabilitation professional knowledge is limited, it is suggested to strengthen relevant information guidance in the future.
