混合痔术后镇痛研究进展

Research Progress on Postoperative Analgesia for Mixed Hemorrhoids

摘要: 痔疮是肛肠科中最常见的疾病之一，其中以混合痔最为多见。对于混合痔的治疗，口服止痛药治疗效果欠佳，手术是混合痔的最主要治疗方式。但因肛门生理结构的特殊，有创手术往往会引起一系列并发症，如尿储留、便秘、肛周水肿等，疼痛则是最主要的并发症。术后疼痛很大程度上影响着患者的生活，甚至降低生活质量，给患者带来极大痛苦，因此选择一种安全、有效的治疗方法尤为重要，本文对近年来中、西医关于混合痔术后镇痛的临床研究进行综述，从不同领域、不同方式方法进行分析，为混合痔术后镇痛提供有效的临床参考依据。

Abstract: Hemorrhoids are one of the most common diseases in proctology, with mixed hemorrhoids being the most common. For the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, oral analgesics are not effective, and surgery is the most important treatment for mixed hemorrhoids. However, due to the special phys-iological structure of the anus, invasive surgery often causes a series of complications, such as urine retention, constipation, perianal edema, etc.; pain is the most common complication. Postoperative pain greatly affects the patient’s life, and even reduces the quality of life, bringing great pain to the patient. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose a safe and effective treatment method, and this article reviews the clinical research on postoperative analgesia of mixed hemorrhoids from tra-ditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in recent years, and analyzes it from different fields and different methods to provide an effective clinical reference for postoperative analgesia of mixed hemorrhoids.
