Study on the Relationship between Risk Fac-tors of DR in the Occurrence and Development of DR
Abstract: China has become the largest country in the world with diabetes, and the number of diabetes pa-tients in China has exceeded 140 million, and diabetes has become an important disease affecting the health of residents, and its complications are the first. As one of the main microvascular com-plications of diabetes mellitus, diabetic retinopathy has become a major public health problem re-sulting in blindness and low vision. Diabetic retinopathy is a chronic blinding disease caused by mi-crovascular damage caused by long-term hyperglycemia. The course of diabetes, hyperglycemia, hypertension and dyslipidemia are all risk factors for DR. These together lead to the occurrence and development of DR. This paper aims to review the relationship between risk factors of DR in the oc-currence and development of DR.
