促黄体生成素在辅助生殖技术应用中的研究进展

摘要: 促黄体生成素是女性月经周期中的一种重要激素,它由垂体前叶脉冲式分泌。近年来,随着不孕症的发病率日益升高,LH在辅助生殖技术中的应用也颇为广泛,它是辅助生殖技术中备受关注的一项激素指标。控制性超促排卵是辅助生殖技术中的关键一环,促黄体生成素浓度过高或过低都可能导致不良的辅助生殖结局。国内外学者对黄体生成素的作用及其在辅助生殖技术的应用非常感兴趣,就此我将近年来关于黄体生成素的相关研究进展做个综述。
Abstract: Luteinizing hormone is an important hormone in a woman’s menstrual cycle, and it is secreted by the anterior pituitary gland in a pulsatile manner. In recent years, with the increasing incidence of infertility, LH has been widely used in assisted reproductive technology, which is a hormonal indi-cator that has attracted much attention in assisted reproductive technology. Controlled ovulation stimulation is a key part of assisted reproductive technology, and high or low luteinizing hormone concentrations can lead to adverse assisted reproductive outcomes. Scholars at home and abroad are very interested in the role of luteinizing hormone and its application in assisted reproductive technology, so I will review the relevant research progress of luteinizing hormone in recent years.
