摘要: 溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是常见的炎症性肠病,目前UC的全球发病率日益升高,而内窥镜、病理组织学检查无法满足短期内反复筛查和动态监测病情变化的需要,需要有效利用粪便标志物和血清标志物。为此,本文概述了生物标志物与溃疡性结肠炎,分析了生物标志物诊断溃疡性结肠炎或评估其活动性的研究进展,指出了生物标志物诊断溃疡性结肠炎的价值,最后总结和展望相关研究,旨在为临床诊断和治疗提供参考思路。
Abstract: Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a common inflammatory bowel disease, and nowadays the global incidence of UC is increasing, and endoscopy and pathohistology cannot meet the need for repeated screening and dynamic monitoring of the disease changes in a short period of time, so there is a need for effec-tive use of fecal markers and serum markers. To this end, this article provides an overview of bi-omarkers and ulcerative colitis, analyzes the research progress of biomarkers in diagnosing ulcera-tive colitis or evaluating its activity, points out the value of biomarkers in diagnosing ulcerative co-litis, and finally summarizes and looks forward to related studies, aiming to provide reference ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
