炎症环境在胃恶性肿瘤的预后分析

摘要: 近年,国内外学者对胃恶性肿瘤的预后因素进行了广泛研究,其中以非特异性炎症免疫标志物在胃恶性肿瘤中的研究较为集中。对可切除性胃恶性肿瘤患者来说,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞和肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞是研究的热点。此外,统性免疫炎症指数、预后营养指数,这些炎症和免疫指标对行可切除性胃恶性肿瘤手术患者的预后也具有指导意义,本文就胃恶性肿瘤预后指标进行分析,期望为相关研究提供参考。
Abstract: In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have extensively studied the prognostic factors of gastric malignant tumors, among which the non-specific inflammatory immune markers in gastric malignant tumors are more concentrated. For patients with resectable gastric malignancies, tu-mor-associated macrophages and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes are the focus of research. In addi-tion, the universal immunoinflammatory index and prognostic nutritional index, which are inflam-matory and immune indicators, also have guiding significance for the prognosis of patients under-going surgery for resectable gastric malignant tumors. This paper analyzes the prognostic indica-tors of gastric malignant tumors, hoping to provide reference for related studies.
