国际政治经济学能源议题案例教学的思考

Reflection on Case Teaching of Energy Issues in International Political Economy

摘要: 国际政治经济学能源议题在教科书并无专章的讨论，但能源议题在现代工业社会具有举足轻重地位，能源与气候变化是国际政治经济学重要的研究对象之一。文章提出，能源议题的案例教学是现实发展需求的必然要求，既可以弥补教科书对能源议题分析的不足，又可以为宏观理论提供微观基础，推动理论创新。案例教学还有利于工具方法的理解和掌握。现实中中俄石油管线、中俄西伯利亚天然气管线博弈的案例，深刻反映了国家与市场、权力与财富、政治与经济相互关联，是IPE案例教学的良好素材。

Abstract: The energy issue in international political economy is not specifically discussed in textbooks, but it plays a crucial role in modern industrial society. Energy and climate change are important research objects in international political economy. The article proposes that case teaching on energy issues is an inevitable requirement for practical development needs. It can not only make up for the lack of sufficient analysis on energy issues in textbooks, but also provide a micro foundation for macro theory and promote theoretical innovation. Case teaching is also beneficial for understanding and mastering tool methods. The case of the game between the China & Russia oil pipeline and the Sibe-rian natural gas pipeline in reality deeply reflects the interdependence between the state and the market, power and wealth, politics and economy, and is a good material for IPE case teaching.
