正念导向教学法在大学生心理健康教育课堂中的应用
Application of Mindfulness-Oriented Teaching Method in College Students’ Mental Health Education Courses
摘要: 大学生心理健康教育是我国高校的必修课,担负着维护大学生心理健康的重要职责。然而目前大学生心理健康课程的开展却面临着学生学习意愿不高,满意度不高等问题。本研究的目的在于提升大学生对心理健康教育课程的满意度以及专注力,采用正念导向的全新教学方式,通过参与性课堂观察法、半结构式访谈法、焦点小组访谈法以及问卷法探索与评估正念导向教学法的实效性,发现正念导向的大学生心理健康教育课程可以有效提升学生的专注度、正念水平以及主观幸福感。
Abstract: Mental health education for college students is a compulsory course in colleges and universities in China. It has an important responsibility to maintain the mental health of college students. However, the development of mental health courses for college students is faced with the problems of low willingness and low satisfaction of students to learn at present. The purpose of this research is to improve the satisfaction and concentration of college students with mental health education cours-es, and to explore and evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness-oriented teaching methods through participatory classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, focus group interview and ques-tionnaires. This research found that mindfulness-oriented mental health education courses can ef-fectively improve students’ concentration, mindfulness level and subjective well-being.
