青少年非自杀性自伤行为与睡眠障碍关系的研究进展

摘要: 非自杀性自伤行为多见于青少年中。研究发现非自杀性自伤行为机制目前尚处于研究阶段。目前研究表明可能包括HPA轴,基因表观学,脑区活动等因素均可能是发病机制。该综述主要介绍伴有非自杀性自伤行为的机制及患有非自杀性自伤行为的青少年与各种睡眠问题如睡眠时间缩短,睡眠节律紊乱,经常噩梦等相关性研究进展。
Abstract: Non-suicidal self-injury behavior is more common in adolescents. Studies have found that the mechanism of non-suicidal self-injury behavior is still unclear. Current studies suggest that factors including HPA axis, gene epigenetics, brain activity and other factors may be the pathogenesis. This review focuses on the mechanisms of non-suicidal self-injurious behaviour and the correlation be-tween adolescents with non-suicidal self-injurious behaviour and various sleep problems such as shortened sleep duration, sleep rhythm disturbances, and frequent nightmares.
