药理学教学中动态分层教学法的应用探讨

Application of Dynamic Stratification Teaching Method in Pharmacology Teaching

摘要: 为解决当前药理学教学面临的诸多困难，本研究随机选取某院校临床医学专业2个班的120名学生分别作为对照组和试验组，分别采取传统教学法和动态分层教学法开展药理学教学，从学生分层、教学目标分层等角度进行教学设计，比较两组学生期末成绩，并发放问卷完成满意度调查。研究结果表明，试验组学生的平均成绩和课程满意度更高，应用动态分层教学法能够充分调动学生的学习主观能动性，有助于提升药理学的教学水平。

Abstract: In order to solve the current difficulties in pharmacology teaching, 120 students from 2 classes of clinical medicine major in a university were randomly selected as the control group and the ex-perimental group respectively. Traditional teaching method and dynamic stratified teaching method were adopted to carry out pharmacology teaching, and the teaching design was carried out from the perspectives of stratification of students and stratification of teaching objectives, and the final scores of students in the two groups were compared. Questionnaires were issued to complete the satisfaction survey. The results showed that the average score and course satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were higher, and the application of dynamic stratification teaching method could fully mobilize the students’ learning subjective initiative and help to im-prove the teaching level of pharmacology.
