Abstract: Post-transplant diabetes mellitus (PTDM) is a common complication after organ transplantation. It is the main reason for the decreased quality of life and shorter survival time of transplant recipi-ents. There are a growing number of studies on post-transplant diabetes. This article will summa-rize the latest research results from three aspects: risk factors, complications and treatment of dia-betes after organ transplantation.
