摘要: 国际经济法与国际私法之间具有深入的联系，也有着本质上的区别。二者中有所重合，也有所交叉，许多学者都较经常会出现这种界限混淆，而这会在一定程度上影响两者在执法实践领域中正常应用范围中的合理有效地使用，明确并规范其实际有效适用范围，可以做到有力的保证现有国际法律制度框架的严肃性。通过研究国际私法和国际经济法的起源、特征和作用，我们能够更清晰地把握它们之间的相互关系。分析了国际私法与国际经济法的内在联系和本质区别。发现他们之间存在紧密的关系，尤其在处理跨境经济活动和争端时。国际私法通常用于解决不同国家法律体系之间的冲突，而国际经济法关注跨境商业交易和投资的法律规则。国际私法和国际经济法是互相关联的领域，共同应对涉及不同国家和跨境性质的商业交易和争端。

Abstract: There is a deep connection between international economic law and private international law, and there are also essential differences. There is some overlap and overlap between the two, and many scholars often have this confusion of boundaries, which will affect to a certain extent the reasonable and effective use of the two in the normal scope of application in the field of law enforcement practice, clarify and regulate their actual and effective scope of application, and effectively ensure the seriousness of the existing international legal system framework. Starting from the origin, nature and function of private international law and international economic law, this article helps us understand the relationship between them, and analyzes the intrinsic relationship and essential difference between private international law and international economic law. Discover a close relationship between them, especially when dealing with cross-border economic activities and disputes. Private international law is usually used to resolve conflicts between different national legal systems, while international economic law focuses on the legal rules of cross-border commercial transactions and investments. Private international law and international economic law are interrelated fields that work together to address commercial transactions and disputes involving different countries and cross-border nature.
