Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Family Integration of Prisoners Released after Their Convictions

摘要: 刑满释放人员在长期经历监狱服刑重新回归社会生活后面临着诸多融入问题，家庭是刑满释放人员回归社会后的重要归属地。刑满释放人员的家庭融入困境表现在家庭关系、家庭功能、家庭生活、夫妻婚姻方面。错误的家庭观念与模式、病态的家庭结构、家庭所面临的外在内在压力才是刑满释放人员家庭融入困境的重要原因。刑满释放人员的家庭融入问题可以从自身、家庭、社会三个层面出发，帮助他们融入家庭。

Abstract: After returning to social life after serving a long term prison sentence, released prisoners are faced with many integration problems. Family is an important place for released prisoners to return to society. The family integration dilemma of released prisoners is manifested in family relations, family functions, family life and husband-wife marriage. The wrong family concept and model, morbid family structure and the external and internal pressure faced by the family are the important reasons why the families of released prisoners are in trouble. The family integration of released pris-oners can be helped from three levels: themselves, families and society.
