数字经济对绿色技术创新的影响研究

摘要: 推动绿色创新发展是推动高排放、高能耗向绿色低碳模式转型升级，实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的关键路径。本文基于我国30个省份2008~2020年面板数据，从工艺创新和产品创新两维度探究了数字经济影响绿色技术创新机理。研究发现：区域数字经济发展水平对产品和工艺创新均有显著的正向影响，就异质性分析而言，数字经济对绿色技术创新的直接影响效应在环境规制强的地区更加显著。
Abstract: Promoting green innovative development is a key path to promote the transformation and upgrad-ing of high-emission and high-energy consumption to a green and low-carbon model, and to realize “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2020, this paper explores the mechanism of green technological innovation influenced by the digital economy from the dimensions of process innovation and product innovation. It is found that the development level of regional digital economy has a significant positive impact on both product and process innovation, and in terms of heterogeneity analysis, the direct impact of digital economy on green technology innovation is more significant in regions with strong environmental regulations.
