超声造影对肝泡型包虫病诊断作用的评价

摘要: 超声造影已经用于诊断肝脏泡型包虫病,传统灰阶超声成像在肝脏泡型包虫病中的诊断准确性偏低。超声造影技术通过静脉注射造影剂,能够反映正常脏器组织以及病灶的微血流灌注状况。相比于传统灰阶超声成像,超声造影提高了肝脏泡型包虫病的诊断准确性,但是超声造影诊断准确性当前阶段有一定的分歧。超声造影不仅可以诊断肝泡型包虫病,其在评估肝脏泡型包虫病病灶大小及活性方面也发挥着重要作用。
Abstract: Contrast enhanced ultrasound has been used to diagnose hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, while traditional grayscale ultrasound imaging has low diagnostic accuracy in hepatic alveolar echinococcosis. Ultrasound contrast technology can reflect the microvascular perfusion status of normal organ tissues and lesions through intravenous injection of contrast agents. Compared to tra-ditional grayscale ultrasound imaging, contrast-enhanced ultrasound has improved the diagnostic accuracy of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, but there are some differences in the accuracy of con-trast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis at the current stage. Contrast enhanced ultrasound can not only diagnose hepatic alveolar echinococcosis, but also play an important role in evaluating the size and activity of lesions in hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.
