Abstract: Adventurous play is a popular play activity for young children, which has a positive effect on their overall development. However, with the rapid development of digital technology, changes in family structure and parents’ view of children as “too safe”, the development of adventurous play for young children has been seriously hindered by a combination of factors. Therefore, this study proposes optimization paths from the conceptual, institutional and action levels to promote the return and improvement of early childhood adventurous play, and to promote the healthy development of young children’s bodies and minds.
