生活空间对老年人生活满意度的影响：社会支持的中介作用

The Effects on Life-Space on Life Satisfaction of Older Adults: The Mediating Role of Social Support

摘要: 目的：探究社会支持在老年人生活空间和生活满意度之间的中介作用。方法：2020年3月~2021年5月采用随机取样，运用生活空间评价量表(LSA)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、生活满意度量表(SWLS)对江西省、四川省、福建省等多地253位老年人进行问卷调查。将所得数据进行Harman单因素检验法、person积差相关、t检验和回归分析。结果：① 生活空间(r = 0.374, P < 0.01)、社会支持(r = 0.421, P < 0.01)与生活满意度显著正相关，生活空间与社会支持显著正相关(r = 0.519, P < 0.01)；② 社会支持在生活空间与生活满意度之间起部分中介作用，中介效应占总效应43.6%。结论：生活空间可以直接影响生活满意度，也可以通过社会支持间接影响生活满意度。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the mediating role of social support between life-space and life satisfaction among older adults. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted from March 2020 to May 2021 using a random sample of 253 older adults in Jiangxi, Sichuan, and Fujian provinces using the life-space Assessment Scale (LSA), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). The obtained data were subjected to Harman’s one-way test, person product difference correlation, t-test and regression analysis. Results: ① life-space (r = 0.374, P < 0.01), social support (r = 0.421, P < 0.01) and life satisfaction were significantly positively correlated, and life-space was significantly positively correlated with social support (r = 0.519, P < 0.01); ② Social support partially mediated the relationship between life-space and life satisfaction, and the mediating effect accounted for 43.6% of the total effect. Conclusion: Life-space can directly affect life satisfaction, or indirectly affect life satisfaction through social support.
