On Data Investigation

摘要: 数据化时代，数据侦查已成为一种新型侦查措施，但数据侦查的理论研究还处于起步阶段，本文主要从数据侦查的界定、数据侦查的特点、数据侦查的优势这三个方面来探讨数据侦查相关理论，旨在推进数据侦查理论的研究和发展。

Abstract: In the age of data, data investigation has become a new kind of investigation measure, but the the-oretical research of data investigation is still in the initial stage. Three aspects of the data investigation theory have been discussed by this paper: the definition of data investigation, the characteristics of data investigation, and the advantages of data investigation, aiming at promoting the research and development of data investigation theory.
