Transforming the Role of Teachers Liberation in Smart Education
摘要: 智慧教育对教师角色产生深刻影响,教学系统和教育对象的演变促使传统教师角色摆脱桎梏得到解放。数字化教育和数字原住民敦促教师从管理者到合作者、监督者到服务者、教学者到导学者转变,实现教育理想中的教师角色。通过背景梳理、角色转变剥析、教学实践循证、支撑角色转变的核心能力探讨,揭示智慧教育为教师提供的全新机遇与挑战,为教育领域的决策者、研究者和从业者提供深入的理解。
Abstract:
Smart education has a profound impact on the role of teachers, liberating them from traditional constraints due to the evolution of teaching systems and educational paradigms. The influence of digital education and the emergence of digital natives urge teachers to transition from managers to collaborators, supervisors to service providers, and instructors to learning facilitators, achieving the ideal teacher role envisioned in education. Through background analysis, examination of role transformations, practice-based teaching evidence, and exploration of core competencies supporting role shifts, this paper reveals the new opportunities and challenges presented by smart education for teachers, it provides a comprehensive understanding for decision-makers, researchers, and practitioners in the education field.
