综合性大学完全学分制改革路径探析

An Analysis on the Reform Path of the Complete Credit System in Comprehensive Universities

摘要: 推进完全学分制改革是近年来高校改革的重要内容，立足新时代，OBE教育理念应势而生。坚持“以学生为中心”，持续深化学分制改革是高校发展的必然趋势。结合河南科技大学实际，聚焦教育观念、人才培养体系、学生管理模式、教考方式、学分收费、质量监控等完全学分制改革路径探索，文章分析综合性大学实践学分制改革的做法及成效，为其他综合性大学推进学分制改革提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Promoting the reform of a complete credit system has been an important aspect of university re-forms in recent years. In line with the new era, the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has emerged. Adhering to Students-oriented approach, the continuous deepening credit system reform is an inevitable trend for the development of universities. Considering the specific circumstances of Henan University of Science and Technology, this study focuses on exploring the path to complete credit system reform, including educational concepts, talent cultivation systems, student management models, teaching and assessment methods, credit fees, quality monitoring, etc. It analyzes the practices and effectiveness of implementing credit system reform in comprehensive universities and provides valuable insights and references for other comprehensive universities seeking to advance credit system reforms.
