论数字化时代提升高校文科教师数字技能的实践原则与思路

摘要: 提升教师的数字技能是教育技术数字化智能化时代一项必要且重要的工作。高校教师因自身所处学科与专业各具特性,因而开展高校教师教育素养的提升活动,首先要定位教师群体的具体特征。以高校文科教师群体为例,提升他们的数字技能,不仅要根据其专业实际情况来发挥他们的能动性,还需要学校及相关教育力量提供更多切实的帮助与支持。为此,其实践原则应在保证高校文科教师正常开展教学活动这一中心地位不受干扰的前提下,明确各相关主体的责任,根据文科教师自身发展需要与数字化教育技术具体特征,采取文科教师数字技能提升活动的行动思路。
Abstract: Improving the digital skills of teachers is a necessary and important task in the era of educational technology digitization and intelligence. Due to the unique characteristics of their respective disciplines and majors, university teachers need to first identify the specific characteristics of the teacher group when carrying out activities to enhance their educational literacy. Taking the group of liberal arts teachers in universities as an example, to enhance their digital skills, it is not only necessary to exert their initiative based on their actual professional situation, but also to provide more practical assistance and support from the school and relevant educational forces. Therefore, its practical principles should be based on the premise of ensuring that the central position of normal teaching activities of liberal arts teachers in universities is not disturbed, clarifying the responsibilities of all relevant parties, and adopting the action plan of enhancing the digital skills of liberal arts teachers based on their own development needs and specific characteristics of digital education technology.
