摘要: 卒中是严重危害中国国民健康的重大慢性非传染性疾病,是我国成人致死、致残的首位病因,目前机械取栓已经成为我国急性大血管闭塞卒中病人的首选治疗方案之一,然而,不同病因所致的颅内大血管闭塞患者的治疗方案及预后有所不同,如何区分不同病因所致的急性颅内大血管闭塞仍然没有一个定论。因此,本文将对近年来动脉粥样硬化及栓塞所致的急性颅内大血管闭塞病因研究进展进行综述,以期为临床实践提供更多参考。
Abstract: Stroke is a serious harm to Chinese national health major chronic noncommunicable diseases, is the first cause of adult death and disability, the mechanical thrombolysis has become one of the pre-ferred treatment of acute large vessel occlusion stroke patients in China; however, different causes of intracranial large vessel occlusion treatment and different prognosis, how to distinguish different causes of acute intracranial large vessel occlusion is still not a conclusion, therefore, this paper will in recent years of atherosclerosis and embolism caused by acute intracranial large vessel occlusion etiology progress in the review, in order to provide more reference for clinical practice.
