摘要: 心悸是房颤最常见的症状,但房颤也可能为亚临床表现,由于无症状而被忽略,其潜在危害相比症状性房颤更大。所以对于房颤患者的早期筛查尤为重要,本文对目前用于房颤筛查的设备进行了综述,包括临床上常见的房颤筛查设备、穿戴式12导联心电设备及其房颤预警体系、未来展望等方面进行了深入综述。
Abstract: Palpitations are the most common symptom of atrial fibrillation, but atrial fibrillation can also be subclinical, overlooked as asymptomatic and potentially more harmful than symptomatic atrial fi-brillation. Therefore, early screening of patients with atrial fibrillation is particularly important. In this paper, the current equipment used for atrial fibrillation screening is reviewed, including com-mon clinical atrial fibrillation screening equipment, wearable 12-lead ECG equipment and its early warning system for atrial fibrillation, and future prospects.
