摘要: 随着社会经济的发展，社会压力的增大，社会大众要面对更多的物质压力和精神压力加之个人主义的观念盛行，“门槛极高”的婚姻不再是当代年轻人的必选项，恐婚、不婚的越来越多，不缔结婚姻关系仅仅同居在一起的情况也越来越常见，这种现象又称为非婚同居。不同的非婚同居关系因为不受法律保护，由此引发的法律问题也对现有的法律制度提起了挑战。本文旨在将彩礼的性质进一步明晰，给彩礼纠纷提供新的解决路径。

Abstract: With the socio-economic development, social pressure increases, the public to face more material and spiritual pressure plus the prevalence of the concept of individualism, the “very high threshold” of marriage is no longer a must for young people in the contemporary options, fear of marriage, not married more and more, not to enter into a marital relationship only cohabitation is more and more common, this phenomenon is also known as non-marital cohabitation.
