安慰言语行为研究综述与展望

摘要: 世界上越来越多的人正遭受着悲伤、痛苦等负面情绪的影响。情感支持可以带来巨大的生理和情绪健康方面的好处。安慰言语是言语行为中的一种，广泛存在于日常生活中，也是一种情感支持。本文主要回顾了国内安慰言语行为的研究概况，通过对安慰的定义、安慰的适切性条件、安慰策略、有关安慰的对比研究和顺应性分析等方面进行了文献综述。本文采用定性分析的方法，以安慰言语行为为关键词，在中国知网上进行查阅和检索，共获取了20篇国内相关文献，这些文献既包括期刊文献也包括硕士论文。通过综述，希望能增强交际者对安慰言语行为的理解，帮助他们更加得体地实施安慰言语行为，减少语用失误，提高语用能力。
Abstract: There are an increasing number of people in the present world who are suffering from negative emotions (distress, pain, etc.). Emotional support can bring about colossal physiological and emo-tional benefits. Comforting, a kind of speech act, also falls into a type of emotional support, existing widely in daily life. In this paper, the research on comforting speech act in China is reviewed from the aspect of comforting definition, felicity conditions of comforting speech act, comforting strate-gies, contrastive study of comforting speech act as well as adaption analysis of comforting speech act. Using qualitative analysis, the present paper takes comforting speech act as the key word and searches relevant literature on CNKI. Finally, a total of 20 domestic literatures are obtained which includes journal literature and master’s thesis. Through this review, it is aimed at helping interloc-utors enhance their understanding of the comforting speech act and performing it more appropri-ately as well as reducing their pragmatic failures and improving their pragmatic competence.
