基于CiteSpace及VOSviewer可视化分析国内肌少症的研究热点和趋势

摘要: 目的:了解我国肌少症领域研究概况、发展脉络及研究热点,为今后在肌少症领域的研究提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中收录的肌少症相关中文文献,应用CiteSpace6.2R4及VOSviewer1.6.18软件对关键词、相关文献作者、机构进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入1672篇文献,肌少症领域研究发文量呈现明显上升趋势。发文量最高的作者是王静,其次张艳和海荣,研究机构均集中在重庆医科大学等各大高校与高校附属医院。高频关键词有肌少症、老年人、老年、危险因素、少肌症、影响因素等。主要的研究热点是肌少症患病及相关危险因素、肌少症与类风湿、关节炎和骨质疏松等共病关系的临床研究、肌少症机制的探究。突现词有骨量减少、破骨细胞、骨形成、骨吸收、少肌症、肌肉、体成分、饮食、肌肉力量、发病机制、临床研究、认知障碍、营养状况等。结论:营养状况、肌少症合并其他疾病的潜在相关性和机制、肌少症干预和优效治疗仍是未来需要继续探索的方向。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the general situation, development context and research hotspot in the field of sarcopenia in China, and provide reference for future research in the field of sarcopenia. Methods: Chinese literature related to sarcopenia collected in CNKI database was searched, and the keywords, authors and institutions of relevant literature were visually analyzed by CiteSpace6.2R4 and VOSviewer1.6.18 software. Results: A total of 1672 papers were included, and the number of papers published in the field of sarcopenia showed a significant upward trend. The author with the highest number of papers is Wang Jing, followed by Zhang Yan and Hai Rong. The research institu-tions are concentrated in Chongqing Medical University and other major universities and university affiliated hospitals. High-frequency keywords include sarcopenia, the elderly, the elderly, risk fac-tors, oligomyosis, influencing factors and so on. The main research focus is the disease of sarcopenia and related risk factors, the relationship between sarcopenia and rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis, osteoporosis and other comorbidities, and the investigation of the mechanism of sarcopenia. The breakout words include bone loss, osteoclasts, bone formation, bone resorption, oligomyosis, mus-cle, body composition, diet, muscle strength, pathogenesis, clinical studies, cognitive impairment, nutritional status, etc. Conclusion: Nutritional status, the potential association and mechanism of sarcopenia with other diseases, intervention and optimal treatment of sarcopenia are still the di-rections that need to be explored in the future.
