基于工程教育专业认证的微电子科学与工程专业人才培养方案修订
Revision of the Training Programs for Microelectronics Science and Engineering Based on the Professional Certification of Engineering Education
摘要: 本文以工程教育专业认证为导向,遵循“厚基础、宽口径、重实践”的教育理念,以“强化专业基础课程,重视专业核心课程,优化专业模块课程”为指导,对微电子科学与工程专业的培养方案进行了修订,确定了本专业的培养目标,提出了具体毕业要求,完善了以物理与器件、集成电路与系统为主线的课程体系建设,进一步创新人才培养模式。
Abstract:
Guided by the professional certification of engineering education, following the educational concept of “thick foundation, wide caliber and emphasis on practice”, and guided by “strengthening profes-sional basic courses, paying attention to professional core courses and optimizing professional module courses”, the training programs of microelectronics science and engineering is revised. The training objectives of this major are determined, the specific graduation requirements are put forward, and the curriculum system construction with physics and devices, integrated circuits and systems as the main line is improved, so as to further innovate the talent training mode.
