马斯洛需要层次理论下农村儿童家庭教育的问题与对策
Countermeasures to the Problems of Family Education for Rural Children under Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory
摘要: 近年来农村儿童的家庭教育问题受到了社会的广泛关注,为更好地解决农村儿童家庭教育的问题,本文以马斯洛需要层次理论为基础,分析农村儿童家庭教育中存在的问题,通过改变家长思想和行动,坚持农村儿童利益最大化原则提出对策。保障农村儿童的生理、安全、归属感和爱、尊重、自我实现的需要,从而给农村儿童提供一个良好的成长环境,促使孩子健康快乐成长。
Abstract:
In recent years, the problem of family education of rural children has been widely concerned by the society, in order to better solve the problem of family education of rural children, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the family education of rural children on the basis of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, and proposes countermeasures by changing the parents’ thoughts and ac-tions, and adhering to the principle of maximizing the interests of rural children. It guarantees rural children’s physiology, safety, sense of belonging and needs for love, respect and self-realization, so as to provide a good environment for rural children to grow up in, and to promote their healthy and happy growth.
