转化学习理论在《服务管理》教学中的应用及思考

摘要: 随着社会对高素质旅游管理人才需求的激增,教育工作者需要改进课程内容和教学方法,帮助学生进行深层次学习,实现提升学生能力和促进其职业发展的目标。本文以转化学习理论为基础,以《服务管理》课程为对象,分析该课程的教学如何促进学生进行工具性、交际性、内省式和变革式学习,最后对课程的未来建设提出了几点切实可行的建议。
Abstract: With the surge of demand for high-quality tourism management talents, educators need to im-prove the course content and teaching methods to help students carry out in-depth learning, and achieve the goal of enhancing students’ abilities and promoting their career development. Based on the transformative learning theory, this paper takes the course of Service Management as the object, analyzes how the teaching of this course promotes students to carry out instrumental, communicative, introspective and transformative learning, and finally provides several practical suggestions for the future construction of the course.
