农村籍高职院校毕业生返乡创业的困境与对策探究

The Difficulties and Countermeasures of Rural Vocational College Graduates Returning to Their Hometowns to Start Their Own Businesses

摘要: 在乡村振兴的战略背景下，引导农村籍高职院校毕业生返乡创业既能拓宽毕业生的就业渠道，又能促进农村地区人才回归，助力于乡村振兴提质增效，是推动农村地区经济发展的重要举措。文章通过文献调查和深度访谈，探析了农村籍高职院校毕业生在返乡创业过程中存在的困难和诉求，分别从高职院校创新创业教育和政府打造营商环境两个方面提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract: Under the strategic background of rejuvenating the countryside, guiding the graduates of higher vocational colleges who are rural residents to return home and start businesses can not only broaden the employment channels of graduates, but also promote the return of talents to rural areas, helping to improve the quality and efficiency of rejuvenating the countryside. It is an important measure to promote economic development in rural areas. This article explores the difficulties and appeals of graduates of higher vocational colleges who are rural residents in the process of returning home to start businesses through literature investigation and indepth interviews. It proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects: innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and the government's business environment.
