浅谈医案学习对提升专业型硕士研究生临床思维能力的作用

The Role of Medical Case Study in Enhancing the Clinical Thinking Ability of Professional Master’s Students

摘要: 中医学历史悠久，其学术传承千载而不衰。历代著名医家的学术思想及临证经验是中医学内容的重要组成部分，而汗牛充栋的医案正是名医学术成就精华的集中体现，同时医案也是学术创新的重要源泉。在中医学的传承和发展中，医案具有不可替代的位置，因此加强专业型硕士研究生对医案的学习不仅能深化理论知识、开拓诊疗思路还能提高临床诊疗能力。本文就学习医案的必要性、现今医案学习存在的问题以及医案学习对专业型研究生临床思维能力的培养作用进行整理，以期为中医人才的培养做出贡献。

Abstract: Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history, and its academic heritage has been enduring for thousands of years. The academic thoughts and clinical experience of famous doctors in all ages are an important part of the content of traditional Chinese medicine. The voluminous medical records are the concentrated embodiment of the essence of famous doctors’ academic achievements, and at the same time, medical records are also an important source of academic innovation. In the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine, medical records play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, strengthening the study of medical records by professional master's students can not only deepen theoretical knowledge, broaden diagnosis and treatment ideas, but also improve clinical diagnosis and treatment abilities. This article summarizes the necessity of learning medical records, the problems in current medical record learning, and the role of medical record learning in cultivating the clinical thinking ability of professional graduate students, in order to contribute to the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents.
