存在孤独与生命意义感：领悟社会支持中介作用
Existential Isolation and the Meaning in Life: The Mediating Role of Perceiving Social Support

摘要: 基于欧文亚隆的存在主义心理治疗理论，探究存在孤独对生命意义感的影响及其作用机制。研究选用了存在孤独量表、领悟社会支持量表及生命意义感量表对251名在校大学生进行线上调查。结果发现，存在孤独与领悟社会支持、生命意义感显著负相关，领悟社会支持与生命意义感显著正相关。存在孤独不仅可以直接负向预测个体的生命意义感，还可以通过领悟社会支持间接负向预测个体的生命意义感。由此得出存在孤独可通过削弱领悟社会支持来降低生命意义感的结论。
Abstract: Based on the existentialist psychotherapy theory of Irvin D Yalom, this paper explores the influence of existential isolation on the meaning in life and its mechanism. The research used the Existential Isolation Scale, the Perceived Social Support Scale and Meaning in life Questionaire to conduct an online survey among 251 college students. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between existential isolation and perceived social support and the meaning in life, and a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and the meaning in life. Existential Isolation can not only directly and negatively predict individuals’ sense of life meaning, but also indirectly and negatively predict individuals’ sense of life meaning through perceived social support. It is concluded that the existential isolation can reduce the sense of meaning of life by impair perceived social support.
